Parts and Hardware Packs

Same cheaply manufactured product. This is the second set of broken plastic hardware we have experienced. My husband epoxied the other set. this one was less successful. These shades are in a spare room and are untouched. The shade popped off the window, unprovoked.

Item shipped was missing one bracket and 2 screws. It did us not good, and had to reorder the mini blinds, with hopes of having all parts this time.

The parts are great, but your site still hasn't resolved the inability to order Tilt Rods.
