How do I return or exchange my item?
- Go to our Support Page or Click Help on the right hand side of our site
- For the ‘Type’ click ‘Return / Exchange’
- Enter all information including your order number and reason for return
- Upon approval of your request, you will receive a confirmation email containing detailed shipping guidelines
What items are returnable?
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Items must be in unused, like-new condition, free from visible damage, stains, or modifications.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, including all accompanying hardware and accessories.
- Complimentary return shipping is available for all orders within the contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territories).
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Clearance or liquidation items.
- Items purchased over 30 days ago.
The item I received is damaged!
Go to our Support Page or Click Help on the right hand side of our site. Our support staff will contact you within 24 hours
How do I ship back the items?
Shipping instructions will be provided in the confirmation email after your return request is submitted.
How soon will I get my refund?
You will be notified by email once your return is received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
