Return and Exchange Policy - FAQs

How do I return or exchange my item?

  • Go to our Support Page or Click Help on the right-hand side of our site.

  • For the ‘Type’ click ‘Return / Exchange’.

  • Enter all information including your order number and reason for return.

  • Upon approval of your request, you will receive a confirmation email containing detailed shipping guidelines and a printable return label.

What items are returnable?

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Items must be in unused, like-new condition, free from visible damage, stains, or modifications.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, including all accompanying hardware and accessories.

  • Please Note: If you simply do not like the product, we will refund the purchase price minus a modest $5 per unit for return shipping. In cases where an original $5.99 shipping fee was charged, this fee is non-refundable.

  • Purchases made through websites other than www.calyxinteriors.com may be subject to different policies. Please check with the specific retailer to understand their return terms.

What items are non-refundable? The following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance or liquidation items.

  • Items purchased over 30 days ago.

The item I received is damaged! Go to our Support Page or Click Help on the right-hand side of our site. Our support staff will contact you within 24 hours to resolve the issue.

How do I ship back the items? Once your request is approved, we will send you a label to print. Detailed shipping instructions will be included in your confirmation email.

How soon will I get my refund? You will be notified by email once your return is received and inspected. If approved, your refund (minus applicable shipping fees) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
